Art and Painting

It can be art is in the eye of the beholder or in our case, on the face of the painter!

We got our paint set out and played this weekend. It was a lot of fun for everyone. Click here for the rest of the pictures. Let me just say this, Mom should be careful when she leaves me at home with the girls. There is so much that I can teach them. Besides, soap, water and the bathtub is always good for little girls. So what was the big deal... they were wearing smocks and yeah their pajamas but I was certain that it would all come out in the wash!!

And these little pests are starting to get a little camera shy or very good at negotiating. Seems smiles and camera cooperation carry a price of M&Ms. (Pronouced M-E-Ms.) Looks like I will have to figure something out because Mom seems to think that I am the adult at home. Yeah but, they are tricky... very tricky.

Noodle is getting to be very accomodating when she wants to. She likes to help out and she likes to make conversation when there is some lull around the house. "Well dad, I think I am going to play in my room for a while!" I swear this is not my child who would say this to me. Esp. when she takes CaNoodle by the hand and they go together.

Other than the neighborhood emergency this weekend it was fairly quiet. I did get a chance to watch a little football (nap on the couch). We did go to the chicken park to chase the chicken around throwing Cheerios at them. Some kid caught one and we all got to pet it but was a bit frustrating not to be able to catch our own. But... sly grin... they sure ran their little feet off trying. They also went to be early and didn't put up a fuss!
