Tax Day

Not much going on around here. I guess I would like to say that we are in the same old grind but there seems to be these little deviations that hold us on the verge of "interesting".

Lets get the real reason you come here out of the way and then we will get to the "who really cares" stuff.

Mom got evacuated from her job the other day be/c of a series of interruptions and a bomb threat. She spent Monday afternoon at home relaxing. A bit scary but we think, by all reports, that something has been done to ensure safety.

PS: we did get a tax refund from the Feds but apparently the State of California will not give you a tax credit for adopting a foreign born child. Then I pose this question. Since there is no credit received, then will CaNoodle not be subject to any California State Taxes?
