Do you remember the story, two monkeys jumping on the bed, one fell off and bumped her head. Well, we were able to successfully prove that yes, one will eventually fall off and bump their head!We had a great time. I forgot my camera when we went downtown to play in the park and thus missed some great photo shots but oh well. CaNoodle didn't do so well at sleeping so she and Dad spent a lot of time out doors looking at the stars IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!
The lake was a real kick in the pants fun for everyone. Noodle got into her ring and floated into deep water, put her whole body in the water and even blew bubbles. We all got to bury our feet and play with our new sand toys. Everyone wants to go back and we are looking forward to a tentative visit by our Uncles from NYC! Hurry up before the water gets cold.
Also of note, we were able to carry on and teach the girls about Aunt Janet's favorite thing. Eating candy and chocolate in bed at the cabin OR all morning long is perfectly fine. History has it that she taught that little secret to Mom who in turn is passing it along to her family as well. Thanks Aunt Janet. Now that we are at home, we can take a vacation from our vacation just to relax and rest up. Oh wait, there are little hungry girls who are demanding for attention and the oldest one is shouting for more coffee.....
